Great news, everybody!
Aside from 5 people who have not yet filled out their surveys, all rewards have been shipped (if you're one of these 5 and you need to recover your survey, simply click here )
Tracking info was sent via email from Backerkit. When you receive your rewards, if you're inclined toward social media, I'd love it if you posted pics of you enjoying your copies and tag them with #mandrillpi
If you didn't get your tracking info or you're missing anything in your shipment, please reach out right away and I'll ensure it's made right ASAP. If you ordered a T-Shirt, it will arrive separately from the rest of your rewards.

Wanna hear some awesome news?
The books have finally arrived!
The plan is to organize and begin shipping them over the weekend, and then get them all shipped out over the next week. Thanks so much for your patience as I dealt with some delays in shipping from the printer. I can't wait to get these books into your hands!
Oh, and they look fantastic!
For those of you who ordered a hardcover, I decided to add a ribbon bookmark even though we didn't quite reach the stretch goal. So that's hopefully a nice surprise :)

Another update from the printer

Hello Again!
I received an update from Sam at Printlore: "Our container is still on board at Oakland port as there has been some delays with porting/unloading. My freight forwarder thinks it will be able to unload on the 11th."
Unfortunately, she's unable to schedule final delivery to my place until the container is unloaded and on its way to the customs warehouse. Hopefully we'll have that delivery date scheduled within a week, and I will update you once I've got it. Once delivered, I will be immediately repacking the books and shipping out orders to get them to you ASAP.
Thanks so much for the support on this project and for hanging in there while we wait for the books to arrive at my place! I'll be back soon with another update.

Hello Again!
I received an update from Sam at Printlore that the ship carrying the books will now be arriving in port on Jan 5th, with updated expected delivery to my place between Jan 10-13--at which point I will be immediately repacking the books and shipping out orders to get them to you ASAP.
I'm super excited to get the books into your hands. This is my first time working with Printlore (and printing a TPB overseas), and I've learned a ton about the process, all of which will streamline it for future projects. Thanks so much for the support on this project and for hanging in there while we wait for the books to arrive at my place!

An Update from The Printer

Hello Again!
I've been working behind the scenes with my printer, Printlore, to get these books printed and shipped. And though I had hoped to receive them before the middle of the month, I have news that has me excited nevertheless!
I received confirmation from Sam at Printlore that the ship carrying the books departs today, which means it will be hitting port right around Christmas. Sam says she expects some delays at the port due to the holiday, but we are hoping for final delivery to my place by January 5th. Once books hit port, I will receive an estimated timeline for customs clearance. Once cleared, a LTL carrier will be picking up the product and delivering to me--at which point I will be immediately repacking the books and shipping out orders to get them to you ASAP.
I'm super excited to get the books into your hands. This is my first time working with Printlore (and printing a TPB overseas), and I've learned a ton about the process, all of which will streamline it for future projects. Thanks so much for the support on this project and for hanging in there while we waited for the books to print and ship!

SHARK OF WAR #8 by BEN LACY
My friend Ben returns with another issue of Shark of War--the comic where the action hero is a Great White Shark! This is one of those books with such a fantastic premise, you wish you would have thought of it.
What this issue is about: Shark of War is missing and feared dead! Meanwhile, his friend and helper, Marisa, has been captured by the Coastal Cartel. Navy SEAL LTJG Trent Calder is determined to find out what's happened to the Shark of War and rescue the girl he likes, even if it means defying the US Navy, invading a mad scientist's secret lab full of monstrosities, and confronting a NEW Shark of War!
